I used to use the dot on my gaming monitor daily when practicing in AimBotz, then turned it off when playing other actual humans. It's not that hard.
How would Valve 'manage' this?
It's not realistic to ban every monitor that has a dot.
i dont use it. i see people all the time using it while playing in comp and premier though
