NET JITTER PLS HELP

Hey guys, my jitter is so bad everyday when I play the jitter is about 200ms and its unplayable. I tried everything what it could make it better but nothing helped:(
Maybe it little bit better but I can say its same or mby worse sometimes.. do you have some advice what to do cause my internet is fine, ping in other games is OK (20ms max) but in CS2 the jitter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 200ms and then the ping come higher and higher, then its cool for some seconds and then again..
Maybe the worst jitter is in evening playing idk why, pls help someone:/

Its hard to me to use cable, because of floors in our house, but I think too it can fix the problem, I will try it somehow
