See enemy health?

Almost every game I play someone is able to call out the enemy players like "I hit xyz for 86 or 75, ect..." or "Dude only as 13 hp left..." How are people seeing this? I've tried finding a console command since in previous CS games this existed. Everything that I can find says that his was removed in CS2. The only thing that seems to exist is just the end of round totals.

By almost every game, I should say every game that people actually take seriously and don't mess around blasting music and going for cheap knife kills.

So, how are these guys doing it? Are they using cheats?

I call out things sometimes like "he's half hp" "low hp" I don't usually get specific but its not impossible without cheats to do it. If you know how much damage the gun does to certain areas you can call it out. such as a leg shot with an AWP is usually -85. M4A1S headshot is -89 with armour. So some people have played long enough they could have memorised these numbers and tell you how much the person has left.

Alternatively (and the more likely option) is they are talking bollocks, they don't actually know, they just think they have done that much.
