VERY STRANGE "MOUSE SENSITIVITY"- CS2

Hello Valve, pls add new settings, for CS2 (raw_input 1-0) as it was in CS:GO.
Because, in CS 2 the mouse sensitivity is very strange, it's kind of heavy and blurry.

I ran some tests
Tested on:

-Different versions of Windows: 10 home, 10 pro, 10 enterprise, windows 11 pro-home, the result is the same

-Different mouse, and Dpi: 400 sensitivity 2.36, 800 sensitivity 1.18, here the sensitivity above 400 behaves a little better, but compared to CS:GO something is wrong, the mouse sensitivity still floats heavy and blurry.

And I found something strange:

When you play in “fullscreen” mode, the mouse sensitivity feels like it's heavy and smeared, but if you switch the mode to “windowed or fullscreen windowed”, the mouse sensitivity becomes super cool and responsive

Yesterday, I tried something. I play on the extended screen 1280:1024/960, try in the Windows settings to change to the extension with which you play cs2

Steps from reproduction:

1. Press the right mouse button on the desktop
2. Select "display settings"
3. Then "display resolution"
4. In the drop down menu, select the resolution with you play cs2
5. Open cs2
6. Go to "settings - video"
7. Select "fullscreen - and select resolution with you play cs2"

In my opinion, the mouse becomes, more precise, and responds better to my mouse movements.
