Is it faster shifting with knife? Or its the same with M4A4,AWP etc.?

yes, to the best of my knowledge, your speed is the fastest with the knife regardless of shifting or not
fun fact, the only other item besides the knife for max speed is the C4, even holding a utilities like a flashbang will slow you down a tiny bit (less than 3-4%)

you actually shift run the fastest just after you have been shot by another player. this is to encourage getting into cover so players are not just camping out in the open
