Inspect skins link isn’t working.

when i click the inspect link on a browser it asks me to open cs2 and when it does i don’t see the inspected item, neither when i have the game open prior to clicking the link. I’ve verified my cs2 installation, rebooted my pc, restarted my game, reinstalled windows and cs2 as a whole overnight and the problem still persists. checked online for about 2 hours and there’s no fix other than copying the inspect link and pasting it in console then removing some characters which isn’t convenient at all. can someone help me fix this as i saw some more people creating discussions on this topic.

If inspected item doesn't show up on firs try , just press ALT + Escape , than click again to inspect .
It works for me .
Don't inspect from Steam Overlay .

So the fix is to open the inspect from other site than steam

I did report it to Valve via steam support, the issue is because of the link, the link from the guy GreenAvocado compared the links from skin websites and steam market ones, the link seems to be malfunction because it's previewing the item with the user's steam id from the link (not sure but I'm guessing)
but 3rd party skins website uses kinda like -nonsteam launch parameter in half life I assume, so no steam id verification needed, remember this is just my guessing

it has to do with the link the "inspect" button, it's broken somehow, might due to pattern based skins

doesnt work for me. on skinport/baron the links are broken but on skinsmonkey it works just fine and i dont know why. the link seems to be identical
