Damage Report
Something that I have a feeling the community would love to have back is a damage report at the end of a gun fight when you die so you can see how much damage you dealt to an enemy mid round for more accurate call outs, thus promote more team synergy. None of this "see damage at the end of the round" stuff. This feature is underrated, under appreciated, whatever you want to call it, and it desperately needs to return. Obviously more maps would be nice as I would to experience maps like de_cache and de_train as well as a competent anti-cheat, but I feel this feature should've been in the game to start. Why it got removed from CSGO to CS2 is beyond me in favor of just a post round summary. In my opinion, both should've been added from the start or at minimum, the post death summary.

Please share this around in hopes the developers add this. I am not going to resort to calling developers "useless" or "incompetent" as it's unprofessional and more likely result in no change. Call it being naive, I'm just optimistic.

Keep as is. It's a skill thing to be able to estimate how many shots you landed instead of it being spoon fed. It's been like that for any serious play in general. Maybe for standard competitive they could add it, but for Premier it should stay normal.

isn't it still a feature? You can see it after the round ended beneath the pictures off your opponents

Not quite, so although you are able to see how much damage got exchanged from the previous round at the start of a new, it is a tad different. It was a feature that unfortunately got left behind from GO to 2. The damage report I am getting at is post death. Say you lost a gun fight, but you know you damaged your opponent. The report would say incoming damage and out going damage (ex. 104 in 1 incoming damage / 88 in 5 outgoing damage) so I can call out one is (insert call out here), lit for 88 or 12 health remaining, like in CSGO. Valorant has this feature now and I absolutely loved it, but sad to see it go in CS2

Maybe it is just a skill thing, however I would like to know how much damage I exactly did I'm going to give a call out. Or at least make it a preferential feature you can toggle on or off in the settings.

Valve changed the damage report appearing at round end on purpose. Even back in CSGO's premier mode, damage reports occur at the end of the round as well.

Valve do not want mid round damage reports anymore.
