1. What country you from.
2. What routher and internet bandwith you got.
3. Are you using VPN (Virtual private network).
4. Are you using any DNS servers set by user.
5. What operating system are you using. (To check what version of windows and its build number press key windows key +r and it should open a box next task bar and type "winver" and hit enter)
6. Have you checked if your drivers are up to date (GPU drivers, chipset drivers)
7. Have you done system corruption scan (If not and your on windows press windows key + r and type "cmd" and press Ctrl + Shift+Enter and run following commands: "DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" second command : "sfc /scannow" after running these commands restart pc and reinstall network cpu and gpu drivers to be sure they werent corrupted after install)
8. Plug in Ethernet connection if you havent done that and try again.

10. Have you flushed your DNS (If not and your on windows press windows key + r and type "cmd" and press Ctrl + Shift+Enter and run following commands: "ipconfig /flushdns")
11. How many devices are paired to your internet?
12. Have you disabled allowing apps to run in background in group policy editor? (If not press windows key r and type : "gpedit.msc" and navigate to Computer Configuration >> Windows components >> App privacy and double click on App privacy folder and look for policy that says "Let Windows apps run in background " set it to disabled and restart)
13. Have you disabled apps from starting up when you turn pc on. (If you haven't then press ctrl+alt+del and select task manager and go to start up apps and disable apps from starting when you turn pc on. apps like discord google chome and other apps can cause latency issues if your runing them simontainously)
14. Have you set packet loss buffering in cs2 game if you havent enable it to 2 packets or 1 and test if your self if any improvements occour)
15. Have you tryed to disable full screen optimizations and set compatibility for windows 8 for cs2.exe if your on windows.)
