Also I think that you must pass 5K / 10K / 15K / 20K , and so on to be able to play with higher ranks .

I think the max elo difference between lowest and highest rating in party is ~10k or something like that

OP, you need to be in the same Elo bracket in order to queue with your friends.

This is done in order to prevent 2 things:
- you'd get undeserved WINS and false elo
- the enemy team would face STRONGER opponents, granting you an easy win, because of this:

Your team: 4 players 20k elo + you 10k elo, the average is: 90k/5 = 18k
The enemy team: 5 players, all under 20k elo, to meet your team's average.

While you would be at a big disadvantage from all enemies, your 4 friends would be way above all players of the enemy team.
