Need super pc with 540 hertz to play CS2

If you're going to run the game at low resolution with the lowest settings, of course it's going to look pixelated.
Lowering the graphical settings cannot fix the fact that you're being bottlenecked by your cpu.
Try enabling vsync and not pushing the game beyond your monitors refresh rate, (which I assume is 60), then you should be able to increase your graphics settings to make it look better.

Well, it doesn't happen on my pc. The game runs absolutely fine on my system and I have nothing to complain about.

I NEVER go below 250 fps on i7 13700K and 3070 Ti. So you might want to upgrade. Your GPU should be fine but that crap CPU of yours is.. well, crap. Even when it came out it was cheap low end crap. No wonder you're not getting more performance. It's not the game's fault.

I am playing on 50hz. In finland. In america they get 60 hertz i think but half the voltage? So the game runs smoother?

You can play on a toaster just make sure you have the best cheat and it's a free win you don't even need a monitor at this point and your team mates can guide you meanwhile you press the keyboard that way you can move around, trigger n kill people and still win. I rate the game 10 out of 10 stars for this. So us in the amazon jungle still can play! And how we get internet you may ask? Well it's a clan/tribe member secret so..

You completely missed what he said and what is being talked about. This is about competitive settings and experiencing unstable fps on great hardware.

I have an i5-12600K with an RTX 3060ti, I get frame drops and packet loss galore. This isn't OP's problem, it is Valve's problem. They have been half-arsing everything about this game except for the predatory casino.

You have the exact same specs as OP, and are experiencing the same issue.
