FPS and High Max MS issues since Armory Update?

I've been having the same issues since the armory update. low fps coupled with high stuttering of max 10-20MS spikes mid round. making the game unplayable.

Wish my ping spiked to 10ms sometimes, I have to settle for around 15ms.
Only studder I see in game is when I press TAB, i played around with it last day and if I keep pressing TAB over and over I can make my latency go up... Which is really wierd.

Inb4 people storm in claiming it's not the game faults but your own,

It is indeed the game, best thing to do is just wait for valve to update their game, i wouldn't recomend tinkering with your router/pc for this, especially not when it's only cs2 causing issues and nothing else on your system/network

4060 ti i5 12400f have bad fps and drop game is dead
