well you can, they're both fps so yeah i guess you can compare them in terms of graphics, sound, weapons,animations and many more things

FPS is a generic Genre for this games, However there are sub Genres in that particular Genre,

For Example CS:GO and BF Franchises fall under Strategical FPS.
However COD itself is on a different Genre mainly under Arcade Shooters (Run and Gun etc.)

Also why are you expecting so much from a $15 Game comparing to an $86 Game. Hands down if COD is at a lower price I would definitely give it a go. Correct me if I'm wrong but CS:GO is a game where you as the player actually improves and not the character in game improves. (COD)

cs go is also a arcade shooter, it's basicaly a old school game with fast paced combat like doom ,blood,duke nukem

Apologies let me rephrase, CS:GO is an Arcade shooter but there is more emphasis on the Teamwork whereas COD is just about individual performance. (Once again not that much of a COD Player, Correct me if I am wrong)

Taking the bait.

These games are two different genres which are very clearly designed for different control mechanisms.

CoD BO3 is a first action platformer with guns which is clearly designed for consoles and casual play, it has a progression system to try to manipulate players into staying with the invested time effect.

CS:GO is a well balanced, competitive FPS game, designed for PC control.

Comparing them is difficult, they occupy different genres.

Also, you posted this saying "BO3 is way better" in the CSGO forums. Bait, Bad Bait.
