I immediant;y leave now because I'm a bit scared of what he is, he's not on either my friends list or mine. I've heard of the chicken thingy before, when the guy raided the pros, but can he do anything bad like hack/steal my skins? Or is he just a gay dummy sillyhead?

You can join random lobbies with the join code on anyones profile. Its ok, hes not stalking you, you can take your own join code and change one of the numbers and itll put you in a random lobby
