I want a knife...where should I start?

I want a knife, however I don't know where to start. I would prefer a butterfly, huntsman, or karambit. Unbox? Trade up (where to start and how should I)? Bet?

I don't want to buy one full price either...since thats like 200-300. I would like to spend less than or around ~$50.

Take a flip knife, sorta cheap and looks MW when FT 90% of the time..

I bought mine. Trying to trade-up takes a lot of time. Plus you have to drop a pretty decent chunk of cash to start. Starting from like a really cheap skin isn't going to help. The odds of unboxing one are really unfavorable. You would spend more opening cases than actually buying one unless you get REALLY lucky.

How can I trade up to a huntsman or karambit or butterfly from a gutknife or flipknife?

I've spent aprox 100-120 dollars on cs, now my inv is worth over 550. I first started from a huntsman knife safari BS (which i would recommend) then traded up ever since. So i would recommend to just spend alot of time for a few months trading like crazy :D

How do you tradeup? I know people telling me it doesnt work anymore because people are only looking for profit now. I dont really have any "adds" as i have an asiimov awp, cyrex m4a1 and all my others skins are under $0.50

Bet on games with a very high favour- 85 percent plus on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you will get crap skins no doubt, but then you can trade them up and get better stuff

Get a gutknive, hood for starters and cheap. Don't gamble/unbox, you'll get disappointment.
