What cartridge or round does the AWP use?
The AWP has an accurate range of at least 800+ yards, so it must use a big round. I'm sure it's like 7.62mm NATO. Does it use any cartridge that's bigger

More like .50 caliber, the AWSM (the weapon the AWP is based off of) packs a helluva punch

it is using imagined up 90.00mm rounds. beccause the sounds it gives off seems to pack more power than real .50 caliber rifles.

.50 BMG is what an m2 browning machine gun uses also Barrett m82 uses it too. Barrett is stronger than AWSM

the rifle in game is based off of this rifle and it fires the 7.62x51mm nato round

not even close to a .50

csgo does not have bullets, it uses aim line.

The mg42 machine gun and the ak47 use the 7.62mm NATO cartridge too don't they? Also m249 SAW uses a 5.56mm NATO round which is pretty small for a machine gun right?

Except it does use the .338, since that is what it's used since the original CS.

No. Not all 7.62 is 7.62 nato. The AK uses a societ bullet of a similar diameter, but not the same round.
