as far as i know it hasnt got a special case ( all cases up to the point were special knifes were introduced can have either karambit, bayonet, m9 bayonet , gut knife or flip knife)
then there were some cases that only gave you 1 knife like butterfly, falchion, huntsman

All crates that drop knifes expect breakout, huntsman, falchion and shadow cases i think ;)

no its just the "gold" cases only have 1 type of knife in

breakout = butterfly
huntsman = huntmans
falchion = galchion
shadow= shadow dagger

Chances are, you can open over 1 thousand boxes and never even see a knife and yes it was proven. Some one did buy 1000 keys and opened then and didn't even see a knife.
