how to change console font size

It’s both your PC and in game settings. Since text scale doesn’t work in game it’s best to have settings to lower resolution since this game is ancient.

Go to settings
Video
Display mode (make sure full screen not windowed or FS windowed)
1280x720
Aspect Ratio 16:9

Apply changes

how do you switch to full screen on this game? the bottom have of the game seems to be under my mac icons and i cant scroll down to see what it is. figured it would have a full screen option but i dont see it in settings in the game! i'm so sorry new here hope this is allowed

For me, the solution on my Steam Deck was to use "Force Linux Runtime" compatibility mode.

Old thread, but I just had this same issue this week. The console font in CSGO was tiny and super hard to read.

The fix:
- In Steam, go to Steam > Settings > Interface
- Remove the check next to "Scale text and icons to match monitor settings (requires restart)"
- Click OK

Can't find any solution so far.

Check your ingame resolution, I had the same issue and the fix was changing the resolution ingame (it was set to 4k but my monitor has wqhd)
