I know it but 70% everyone still vote DUST2 ...... I hope CSGO can make it like comp mode that we can choose map before start the game.

Have you thought about talking with the other players in the lobby and asking them if they want to play a different map? It's casual, take advantage of the social atmostphere. Have fun.

80% of the time I say "hey guys, let's try X", 3+ votes come up immediately. If it doesn't go I just ask again at the end of the map and it usually does.

Also, don't start a vote to change maps in the middle of the match, there's the end vote just for that.

I kick every person that does that...

Here you can see a nice example of what we call cancer in Casual ;-)

Generally if you want to play a map, be friendly to everyone and active on mic. Then at the end vote for the map you want IMMEDIATELY and use your mic to say the map you want to play. I played a casual game on cobble yesterday by doing that lol.

they should change it so players can't vote for map that was played X maps ago.

I honestly feel like if dust 2 was removed from the game for a week, there would be so much more map diversity because people would actually TRY other maps.

Dust 2 has now been removed from active duty, but now the voting is inferno, mirrage, inferno, mirage... ALL the time
