How To Contact The CS GO Support Team In Email
I have previously been banned for 7 days but I have had 2 CLEAN weeks with no bans and I left a game cause my ping was 650 so I left and i got a 7 DAY BAN??? so either tell me why or give me info to e-mail support please :steamhappy:

your cooldown didnt reset yet so it stays at 7 days. Think its like 3 weeks before it reduces. Also dont break the rules so you wont get a 7day ban. It can happen once you get a high ping and leave the game but thats a 30min ban so just follow the rules

cd are stacked in levels, by the looks of it you should be lingering between cd level5-6, in this level you'll need at least a month of clean playtime to decrease by one level
