Scam or not? CSGO Roulette Site Admin adds me as he needs new admin.

Well this guy adds me out of nowhere saying how he is an admin on a CSGO Routlette site and he needs an admin who can speak english.
I haven't played with him, I haven't really done anything to get his attention and he just adds me.
Any idea if this is a scam or not?

So I have no idea if this is a scam attempt or not.
For those of you who have software which can block out any malicious software that may or may not be on the site.
I will provide his profile link, of which the website link is in his name.
If you feel safe checking it out, please tell me your findings.
If you feel this is a scam or not, please let me know.

Don't take the risk, wouldn't he hire a person he knows, why would he trust a random stranger?

i would to be on the safe side contact valve and get them to verify the website.

if they say do not go on then don't.

if they say its fine i still wouldn't do it as the guy will need debit/credit card details and you do not give those out unless they are a legitmate buisness or part of an agency.

also do the above.
