Fake case opening on servers??

Multiple times on 1 server i've seen people do the "has opened a container and found [item name]" and it all looks legit but i know its fake (1 person got 3 reds in a row), anyone know how this is done??

yeah i know, but that isnt legit, i know for a fact, my mate is admin on a surf server and he has the privlage to do that by typing commands.

Yeah this didnt work, found out how to do it but gotta download files from Mega.co which i dont intend to do.

its a console command that displays a fake message exactly as if someone had got a good item but you can check if its fake right above bc if it is fake it will be like this
