Rebalancing the ranking system does not balance the game.

One word: derankers, this will simply give an exploit for derankers to use and throw games.
Since deranking is easier and unforgiving. The only way for me to maintain my rank (or keep from deranking is play with higher ranked players. Because I cant stand the players in my rank)
It was tough enough breaking silver, now its hard breaking gold.
Now I have to settle with a lower rank than the goal I wanted to achieve.
If I dont rank up to the desired rank I want. Then Im not playing CSGO anymore.
This game was fine when I played it. (aside from derankers and smurfs)
But I feel like the Devs dont really care about the community, they just want our money.
They wanted to change the rifles, added a $850 AWP. But dont really focus on some of the core issues in the game. (Like nerfing the p90 and AWP, 128-tick servers, and server lag)

there are guides that explain K-factor ELO, your rank on that smurf is undetermined.
Which means it can rankup or derank at will. Which means you're lying about deranking.
Because I get derank on 2 loss after winning 5 in a row.

Vavle will never give 128 tick servers(if you want that go play esea or faceit), AWP is good and p90 is good too, (you barely see p90 in higher ranks)

THey are using the bell curve now to establish ranks. The same bell curve that was used in schools that (they don't anymore) reflected grades differently. IE you get an %85 on your test but score only a C. Most school systems went back to the percentage grading. So why would Valve use a broken system that even the educational system thinks is bad to use?

Ever since the update and Steam sale on CS-GO, games are not evenly matched. Every game I lose, is brutal losses, not even close ones, unlike before I was winning some, losing some and even having tie games as well, pretty much even across the board for me. I am on a record breaking losing streak since the update, and I have dropped down to gn 3 from mg1. Last game had all the hallmarks of smurfs/hackers. All negevs, laughing, commenting EZ and the usual cheap talk. Ended 16-1... Ya I think the rank system is balancing out everything quite nicely... not.

And I think run and gunning is an unrealistic mechanic. If they are going to install a run and gun mechanic on automatic guns, then so should the rifles. And AWP is a bit overpowered. A real sniper mechanic is that the scope does not stay perfectly still or have quick flicks. And the reload animation is too fast. Not realistic to reload a shot and have the perfect sight picture like that in 1.5 seconds.
