Macbook Pro running badly! Please help!

I own a Macbook Pro 13 inch mid 2010 with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB DDR3, and a NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB graphics. Memory is fine, performance on anuthing but Steam is fine. Everything is fine until I play a Steam game on this. The terrible graphics card makes it IMPOSSIBLE to play anything (we are talking like 10 fps on csgo). How can I get a affordable external graphics card, because I know the Thunderbolt and Elgato setups are too expensive. Any advice?

I own 13" 2014 mbp with i5 and im not getting more than 80 fps with minimal settings on it. The only thing you can do is to buy an external graphics card adaptor for about 450$ and about 250$ for the 960 card

Mac has better hardware out of the box than most ♥♥♥♥ windows laptops, the only thing that apple just screws off is gpu, and an external adapter is wayyyy too expensive

macs dont have mini PCI-E input m8. Thats the main reason why adapters cost 450-500$
