play the game and you will get drops. They are a bit random but everyone gets case drops from time to time. To get a skindrop you need to rank up your private rank once per week and you will recieve a random selected skin from the collections which currently drop.

When you play in a match,wait till it ends ,then it will randomply drop items to all the people . You may get a skin and you may not .
Also you can get em while leveling up
