Anti-Aliasing causes lag for me.
when i put MSAA on 8x it causes some kind of lag even if i get 280 fps. i got everything on high i got no problem but when i enable anti-aliasing it causes some kind of lag. any solution guys ?

That is because antialiasing is a setting which causes a hard fps hit, also on some games it induces mouse input lag which people don't like, keep it on like 2x or 4x max.

Just don't put it on 8x, use 2x or 4x or none at all.

use CSAA, MSAA is fking old.. 8xCSAA is better perf/quality than 4xMSAA

You can turn it off, lol.

i want my game to be smooth af that's why i got a new gaming setup.

amd gpu? maybe turn off IGame AA & go to your amd control panel & try apply AA from it

If you want the fps to be smooth then don't use the setting... Also it just sounds like your PC has issues as most people at least use 2x or 4x with 0 issues.

If you want your game to be smooth, or you want to have better visibility to spot enemies, you don't need to set most settings on high anyway.

No fps drop even with 16QCSAA.. try re install your Gpu driver
