Hello everyone!
My name is MOIST MEMES, and I've been ban falsely. About 9 days ago I was playing with some old friends who I recently found out played CS:GO and were DMG. I started playing with them about two or three days prior to my ban, where we had talked for hours on end about numerous things, one of these things obviously was CS:GO and our ranks and how some of us have and still are digging ourselves out of the low ranks. I am currently GN4 from my placement on my new account and believe myself to be a very good player. Although I cannot carry entire games so I can rank up, I do believe I can face off against LE's considering I have played 1v1s before with LEM and done pretty well. It was last friday when me and my friend had played, where I got ban about 30 minutes later.
We were playing a game of overpass when somewhere on the second or third realm I had peaked as the last person and one-tapped the last enemy on sight, where I smoked and preceeded to Ninja. After I had defused I had looked up to the last terrorist that was alive who had me in his sights and I freaked out and began to fire. I got TWO headshots and ended the round with a clutch. This is when the other three teammates on my team flipped their ♥♥♥♥ and began calling me a "♥♥♥♥ing ♥♥♥♥♥♥" and a "♥♥♥♥-Bag hacker" (Excuse my language), and said they were reporting me. I was in a Dolby call with my friend at the time and he told me to ignore them so I shrugged it off, since I knew overwatch would end up spectating and see I did nothing wrong. about twenty go by and my game freezes and a grey screen appears with a box saying "Disconnecting from Server: Unable to join *Blah blah*. I am wondering what just happend and I go to reconnect but as I click the yellow button it says I cannot join and thats when I see the long bar across the top of my screen saying I have been VAC Ban. I myself began to lose it asking my friend what happen, what to do, and how to fix it. I had made a ticket (Which has been posted in my profile photos), explaining everything and asking questions about what happend. I had finished writing and began to search Reddit (My favorite site ever) on /r/Csgo. I found it immedietly, the top rated post of all time, Yes false VAC bans do happen. My ban was lifted. (linked at bottom), and posted that as a extra comment on my ticket. I go through the night and before I go to sleep I posted another reply out of anger and sorrow for my account which I have just recently began to get good rep for trading in, got ban. To this day I have yet to hear back on my ticket with no reply whatsoever, and don't believe I will any time soon. This is where everything falls apart.
If you have taken the time to go review my profile yet and the pictures I've posted you will see It is no longer a VAC ban which was originally displayed on the top of my screen but now a Overwatch ban for being "Majorly Disruptive". I believed this was complete bull considering Prior to that (I am sorry for the lack of picture evidence), It had been change to Violation Cooldown - CS:Go community convinced you for cheating. (and Had no timer).
So really this was not to rant about how I am not a cheater or how I should be unban, but as reminder to the CS:GO community that these bans sometimes are false, and they do get uplifted or changed, and when they do they make sure they have an excuse and no one hears about it which is ridicoulus because any can make a post like me strait to the CS:GO forms. If anyone here doesn't believe me or feels as if they need more proof, I have nothing but rationallity. The primary rule enforced by ANY game that is valve protected is:
"All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans on request."
If all VAC bans are permanet, why was I unVACed? Why was my ban switched three times?
If you have a similar problem and you honestly didn't use any form of cheat and you have been VAC ban or Overwatch ban feel free to leave your experience and time dealing with it in the comments. If you're some lying troll using my post as leverage and you know you used some form of cheat (Which Is pretty trashy), then know I'll remove your comments. This is meant to be a serious discussion and possiblely a way for me to get in touch with a community moderator about whats going on. Happy AwpMas!
TL;DR: I was VAC ban falsely even though the system didn't detect anything, The moderators saw it, changed my ban multiple times, Wont reply, kinda fishy.
