logitech pro x2 lightspeed problem

Hi guys , maybe someone have the same headset. The problem is with sound. i just bought them , barely can hear footsteps , surround gives so much bass that is impossible to play... Tried couple hours find something for me but without any result. Maybe someone went throught this and already have anwser for me.

Usually you can adjust settings in software.
