they are lowskill humans / bots.

the game is basically dead. trust factor doesn't exist.
every single pro gamer says this without a single exception.
the group phase of the last major tournament was infested with cheating teams.
plenty of raw data like ban rate and and stuff.

you won't find humans that are both skilled at the game and say it's not cheater infested.
