the solution to this problem is simple, but they don't want to spend money for it.

for example RIOT faced same issues on League of Legends servers and the fixed it by simply adding a third party program that runs with the game called VANGUARD that cant be closed or played without.

Vanguard picks up everything there is to the system that is messing with the games mainframe and servers
