Make your crosshair sensitivity low enough to make your aiming for heads comfortable. So you can flick reflexively and hit heads.

Also learning prefires on maps you play helps a lot. Yprac maps are non-compatible with CS2 currently, but you can use something like this one:

first of all you should go to your Windows Settings and disable mouse acceleration. Then you are good to go.

Just play more and practice aiming either using custom maps like aim_botz or just simply play more deathmatch. It'll improve your aim drastically

you can't it's all rng based. even the skill based guns are slowly being nerfed into oblivion and will eventually be completely rng just like the broken bugged cod ak47. probably the best course of action is to stop caring about trying to get better and just find fun wherever you can find it. personally i find it by zeusing people
