Medal.TV Clips Always Low Quality

I like making clips on CS2, but whenever they're clipped on CS2, it's either always low quality, or its choppy, and sometimes audio doesn't even work. The thing is, It works on other games perfectly fine, even with high settings. Performance got better when I lowered the settings on CS2 but it's it'll still range from quality. Anyone have any thoughts?
