I had prime in CSGO but I dont have it in CS2

Hi guys. I dont know if anybody else had this problem. I played csgo since 2020 on this account. I bought it back then because it wasnt free at that time. I downloaded CS2 yesterday after not playing for a long time and when I opened up the game I didnt have prime status and it said I should buy it. Can anybody help me solving this problem and getting my prime back? Thanks in advance <3

I have many friends played even befor 2020
And they still have prime until now
But players who got prime as GIFT
They have same your problem

I think that it only affecting players who got Prime for free by reaching level 21 .
If you had it from gift or you bought prime - go Steam Support .

How it is possible I got prime by reaching 21 lvl back when was I available and I still got it in CS2.

I bought the csgo before it was free so that counts as buying prime. Its the same. Cant believe a billion dollar corporation scams people who spent a lot of money on their game for stupid 15 euros. Rich just want to get richer.

I have the same problem... i pay for cs:go and later steam put free for all. If you dont give me the prime of cs2, return my cs:go game i pay for it

People thought I was lying but now that I know Im the only one it makes sense
