Although when you say 'CS:GO was way better optimized and the graphics were still very good running on my pc at around 400-500 fps.
now with CS2 it only runs at around 100 fps.'
i want to point out that even if your pc can handle csgo at 400-500 fps, that brings 0 advantage to the game and only burdens your pc for no point.
Why? because your max effective fps is only that of your weakest link, when you have a good pc then that weakest link is probably your pc monitor, my gaming monitor can process a max of 180fps, high end systems can go higher but not that much they sit at around 240hz/fps.
Now to get back to the point, i already noticed that several features where removed or are not functioning as well as they did on csgo.
A personal very frustrating issue is that they seem to have removed the damage report in console after every dmg dealt, that and many other console commands seem to not exist anymore.
Another issue is the community server browser, cs at its essential was always based around the community and current generation seem to have forgotten this as it is being completely ignored, shelved to die a slow death wich is very sad.
Where have all the mods and communities gone?!
Lastly why was the need to restart from scratch so drasticly, was somesort of port ever a possibility?
