bring back CS:GO or optimize the game

CS:GO was way better optimized and the graphics were still very good running on my pc at around 400-500 fps.
now with CS2 it only runs at around 100 fps.
i don't say to delete or forget about CS2 because it's still a really good game, vut either optimize the game better, to have graphics close to the ones from cs:go (textures, shadows and everything since they were gorgeous) or bring cs:go in a form like cs sorce or cs 1.6 so everyone with a low-end pc can still play the game since, in my opinion cs:go it's all around better than cs2, but maybe don't make it as expensive like CS sorce

PLEASE VALVE do this for the community

Honestly just give us CS:GO back already. CS Source and 1.6 got to stay, why should we lose Global Offensive?

Especially cause we got a worse game to make up for it.

They did something recently which tanked my fps...as recently as a couple weeks ago. 400-500 fps if I wanted and my computer was fine with the game, now I am running 220 but usually it's about 205, my hardware didn't change and I baby it but idk. I'm betting there was a built in launch option or something that was aimed at higher optimization

Best I can think of is run the game, open task manager if you're running windows, set cs2 to high priority

they dont have to bring it back, they have the files for it, they just need to make another game like with cs 1.6, and maybe sell it for 5 bucks so they make some money, or just optimize the game better

It's not a hardware issue. It's the low map variety, the lack of content, the worse movement, the worse (at times) art style, and the overwhelming amount of cheaters.

I wouldn't care if we had all the content that CS:GO had, but we do not. It has been a full year and we still aren't at the point where the previous game was.

It's quite disappointing.

You can make this process automatic by using the "-high" launch setting for CS2.

Also the netcode.

CSGO is capable of 128 tick, CS2 is only capable of "subtick" with 64 at best.

Even Source was capable of 100 tick for awhile until Valve decided to lower it to 60.
