the loss of the taskbar after cs2

I have such a problem first :I have a resolution of 16:10=1080:1080 in cs2, and the next time I go to cs2, the resolution is in the window and not full-screen in the window and so on every time. the second problem is: when I launch cs2 and change from window to fullscreen, the taskbar disappears somewhere down in the window and I have to restart the PC every time. what to do?

LOL these are the exactly 2 problems I came to online forum to seek solutions for after 1 year of this post, and value still haven't fixed it, it still occurs on me :P
