hello i need buy new pc for cs2 and others games
but i dont know is good setup
my new setup :
rtx 4070 super
razen 9 7900x3d
32 gb ram ddr5 cl 38 4800 mhz
motherboard is good for this itmes ( full power )
and water cooler for procesor

i would switch to a 7800X3D, its generally faster due to the single CCD.
You should go with faster RAM aswell, something like 5600 or 6000 is the sweet spot for AM5, price and performance wise.
Mainboard i would go with a simple B650 of the brand you prefer the most. There arent any bad mainboards in this gen.
water cooler is the arctic liquid freezer 2 or 3 a nice one and relatively cheap. If you want more RGB i would stick some more Arctic P12 or P14 in the case.

That great feeling when you see 350€'s 7800X3D beating the 700€'s 14900KS in performance, power consumption and also the temperature. But yes, there still has to be someone who knows literally nothing about AMD's performance and always recommends Intel. Yes you can buy intel but hope it won't die in 2 weeks (already saw a few examples of 14th gen just dieing).

Your setup will be just fine for CS2 and most games.

DO NOT get any intel processors at the moment, stick with AMD.

And cpu to ryzen 1700X.
