Why is CS2 MM So Unbalanced?

I have started noticing since the few last months of CSGO before converting into CS2, that their matchmaking has started to be gone to sheet.

What bothers me so much is that I will most likely 90% of the time, to be the one that ended up with the broken ass team mates. Legit.

Last time I played, I have 3 unranked team mates while the opponent has all ranked up.
Before that, me & my team mates were like MG2 - MG3, fighting against GE, LE, Supreme.

Its not a skill issue I can be certain of that. It's just very frustrating that VALVE did not support my previous matchmaking.

Like what the f is going on? I'm so confused. Why is it only my account? This specific account?

If I were to change my account, the opponents are sooooooo effing easy. Even with the same rank matchmaking.

Is anyone having the same trouble with the unbalanceness of CS2?

I asked a friend of mine and his answer was because I have a higher elo rank than my other team mates, so I have to fight against the opponents that have the same elo rank as mine. But the question is, why the f do the enemies have all my elo rank but my team mates do not?

Its not like 1 guy is extremely good on the opponent side, the very minimum is like 3 that are good at the game, whilst I have 4 numbfacks that don't understand how the game works.

Like if I actually are that good, why tf do I get to play with the noobs / newcomers? Why not just rank me up higher so that I can actually become the noob?

Skyrim was a good brake from this game...
