All that stuff can really disrupt "what you see is what you get"
I wouldn't trust fluid motion frames for a game with this type of competitive scene
Also, anti-lag and anti-lag+ got falsely flagged by vac about a year ago, shortly after cs2 came out for everyone
I don't think this is still going to get you flagged by vac, but it does render scenes in different resolutions and these frames might be served up in the game and be out of sync with the server. That's probably why it originally got flagged by vac.
I would try lowering resolution, some graphics options, etc.
