Dota 2 has still not left beta test for 11 years, so I think CS2 will remain in beta test for at least another 10 years

Nope. It’s beta verison, You even have the build date of this beta version written in the lower left corner. Even now, cs2 continues to add content that was there before in cs:go, the same arms race, there is no need to justify the developers who did not have the right to release cs2 ahead of time. I guess he meant that is still a big beta, barell three maps in Arms Race, less modes than CSGO, no Danger Zone, no Retake etc.
