Encouraging Fair Play
Do you think it is possible to encourage the CS community to play fair in any meaningful way?
Say you could get a chance to win a skin, not by joining some competition, but just by playing a fair game.

Let's say somebody made a community group.
Every 1-3 months, the leaders of this group will choose 3 demos (among those sent in by members of the group), that have been checked and agreed upon as being fair games.
A player from each of these clean games would be chosen to receive a prize.

Right now, it seems like many people cheat because there's no reason not to.
This would, in theory, give people an incentive to play fair.

You could start each match by saying something like: 'Play fair and you have a chance to win a knife. Check the community page for more info. GLHF."

Ofc, it would have no effect on the dedicated cheaters but that isn't the goal.
The goal is to encourage casual cheaters not to cheat.

This isn't about: 'It should be Valve's responsibility, not the community!', so any whiny, blameshifting, derailing posts will be reported.
Would it have any effect at all?
Thoughts?
