Cant run and play CS2 :(

I have already downloaded it, and I want to try running CS2. Initially, the game starts, but then suddenly my Steam status shows that I am not in the game, and CS2 won't keep running. I have tried all the methods, like -dx11 and others from YouTube, but they still don't work. I have also tried reinstalling and using all the methods, but the issue remains the same. What should I do?

if there's no error message, it's usually related to something missing or being corrupt, like corrupt DX or graphics drivers.

"and other from youtube" is your mistake, 99% of "tutorials" on youtube are copy pasted and they have NO idea what they're even saying. DO NOT use any launch options or console commands, cs2 runs perfectly fine without any of this.

check your system specs, it could be that your CPU or GPU simply does not support cs2.
find your CPU and GPU model and google for cs2 compatible CPU / GPU, see if your hardware is supported.
i wanted to run cs2 on old dual core PC just for the fun, but CPU is not supported, so it won't even start, but it gives error message tho.

could also be your OS, if you're on win10 or 11, then it's supported, but anything before win10 might not be.

check "dxdiag" and see if there are any errors.
you can also update steam, to force steam update, go into steam folder and delete some .dll or other files, then launch steam and it will force it to update. cs2 is now depending on steam, i had this issue as i never update steam, i have it disabled completely and at one point (3-4 months ago) cs2 no longer started and gave some error about "steamworks". i had to re-enable steam updates and then it started working.

try other games that use dx11 and dx12, see if they work.
try cs2 with vulkan. if vulkan works and dx does not, then issue is with dx. re-install it.
