Rebinding the fuction of ESCAPE
I have a new keyboard that does not have the ESCAPE key and I cant find anything in the game settings that lets me bind the function that is connected to ESCAPE by default.

I've tried some suggestions found when googling but nothing seems to work. Anyone know?

I think you must buy a separate numpad via usb. I had this problem myself and bought some mechanical numpad at aliexpress.

I use a separate keyboard for playing CS, so it would be great to be able to bind the escape function to another key. When I'm not playing CS, I have another keyboard that has all the necessary keys. So this is a "ingame cs" issue only.

I don't want to post the link, but feel free to google exactly this phrase:

"Presenting the Single ESC Key USB Keyboard" (without quotation marks)

It's a DYI project fully documented and you can build your own little ESC key.

You can't do that with a bind.
You need to remap the key with a third party software like Corsair, Logitech, Razer or pretty much everyone else offers. Microsoft Powertoys comes with a keyboard manager or alternatively google github sharpkeys. You'll figure it out.
