Leetify and banned players

Yesterday played Wingmans on high tier ranks. Met one suspicious guy, sent report for wallhack even though he was FaceIt 8lvl and he told and laughed he isn't cheater and blah blah. After 5 hours I see in Leetify marked match and player I reported as "banned" , but it doesn't reflect any bans on his accounts. Is it bug or vac ban was given but doesn't show on account yet?

Saw the same thing on a recent Faceit match, one player has a BAN tag (top fragger.. I wonder why) but I saw that he played two matches right after.. Not sure how to interpret this

It means they switched accounts but used the same leetify profile. It shows BAN from a previously connected steam account. They are cheaters.

Actually those players don't have Leetify account.
