No.
You need CPU with superior single-core performance (i7 or i9 14 Gen with max overclock to 6Ghz or Ryzen 7/9 5-6-7 Gen)

Control Panel - Power options - Maximum performance .

Every CPU and GPU have a limit for FPS
You dont need high end CPU to get high FPS
You need CPU not bottleneck with your GPU on low settings
You can watch Benchmark on youtube

your cpu is at 100%
but not for all cores your cpu has, because cs2 does not support it.

How many frames are you getting anyway? Sometimes people have plenty but to get "speed" they might alter their mouse sensitivity, you're better doing it gradually in small steps otherwise it can be too much.

Heck in some situations speed isn't even necessary, like using the walk button and have a silenced weapon, if they don't know you're there speed doesn't matter.

I get between 160-240 FPS, I should have been more precise as well. I am not looking for 360 FPS or something like that because 240 would be more than enough, but rather a more Stable Frame rate

have you tried changing cs2's priority in task manager to a higher level?

Have you tried asking it really nicely? :steamhappy:

This would imply there are other programs running in the background that are also resource-heavy, which itself is the problem and not cs2's task priority.

You can do that in CS 2 launch options with " -high "
