Report a translation problem
you can fix this by
reverting to older version of gpu drivers or by:
changing value in C:\Steam\userdata\your ID \730\local\cfg
setting.refreshrate_numerator" "279757"
this will override any other menu settings and you can do any refresh value you want.
the issue could be the early driver build from NVIDIA app, I did not even know I had that enabled...

ye, just do what I said above but change to : "239757"
for 160 hz it would be :
"159757"
Just install older drivers.
