Help! My csgo inventory is been hacked and some expensive items are disappeared!

Yesterday about 10:00, a player called Fresh Meat added me to his friends list and I accepted it because I think he was just want to play leisure mode together.
At the night of the day, something happened. Fresh Meat told me that somebody else who said he is my friend tried to cheat on him for items and he thought that the person and I are co-operated to cheat on him so he reported us both.
Due to there is an extremely expensive butterfly knife in my inventory. I am afraid to be banned that I can't sold the knife out. Fresh meat send me a link and said that person is the steam staff who accept and hear his case. Which is called "Mattie#2462" on discord. Then, I went to find the staff and explaining my situation. The staff got my account and password and took all my inventories away(including the butterfly knife), he said it is for scanning my computer and remove the reports.
Something weird happened, the "staff" ask me to pay 1000dollars for confirming my total steam purchase and 500dollars for transaction! He promised that the money will be refunded to my account after the removal of report and the returning of my items done.
Eventually, after i have paid all of the fee to him. He said he purchased $2500 to my steam account and i only gave him $1500 in total. He needs me to give his $1000 back before he return the account. At that time, i suddenly realized that the "staff" which was given by fresh meat is a liar, a totally cheater. I refused to pay him, he threaten me that if i quit the whole process, my items and account will not come back and $1500, which I had paid previously will NOT be given back to me. I am cheated by a swindler!! I suspect that fresh meat and the stuff is partners, which both tried to treat me. How stupid I am!
Now, I have taken my account back and there's no $2500 in my account, only about $2,which was the money i purchased before the account is stolen. I will upload the conversation between me and fresh meat ,and also with the staff. Thanks for reading. If there is somebody who willing to help me. I will be really thankful. I am just a 15 year old student and i already lost $1500. Please

Report these guys' steam accounts to the support and provide evidence, you can't do more than that and neither can we. Sorry, but I guess you've just learned one very expensive lesson. (Also get new passwords obviously)
