what is “% rank” in cs2 premier-mode screen?
It is where the “your group” and shows your wins and winrate

You mean for yourself? At Premier, you cal click your pfp on your agent and you can see your rank

There are 2 percentages in premier. The first one shows your victory percentage (kinda obvious), and the second one show the portion of players in which you are, a.k.a the percentage of people that has a higher elo than you

For example, im my case i'm 14k in premier, and the percentage shows 18%. That means than i'm above 82% of players in premier points, and the other 18% is above me
