my gpu is weak how do i get more fps

i have a gt 730 4gb ddr3 which is extremly ♥♥♥♥, is there a way to set something to worse than minimum or something

At this point of time, just upgrade to a better PC my guy. The GT730 has gone obsolete. Also, CS2 is a CPU intensive game not GPU.

If you have bad gpu you cant get more fps

you can by lowering the graphics settings and you could make configs in source 1 and i'm asking if there's some way to make the fps higher, to make the game less gpu intensive by lowering something
