Is it even possible to get unbanned from in cs2?

The problem is that the vac on cs was received when I was hacked. There is all the confirmation that I did not have access to cs2, and that at that time it was not me who was playing, from steam. Any advice? In general, I personally solved everything by buying Prime again on another account. But I don’t like that the vac is based on the profile (many questions in the game).
I tried to complain through steam, but at first they accepted my request and then they forgot, in short, it’s a mess.

they generally dont unban any account that was caught cheating even if they know it was a hijacked account

sucks to suck bro, it 100% makes sense to ban the profile. cause the norm is the user hacks. if your story is true then u have my sympathies but you can just make a new account anyway

of course its NOT true. the story is as old as vac itself.
