After lastest update cs2 feels very choppy even with high fps

I have 240hz monitor but when I move my mouse there's a lot of choppiness around textures. Feels like I'm playing on a 60hz monitor even though my fps is constant 240 (I've limited it to 240).
Tried unlocking fps, nope. Tried turning off nvidia reflex, nope. Tried turning of AA, nope.
Before the lates update it was smooth, now very choppy and laggy. Played against bots on deathmatch and can't aim well, feels like there lots of lag.

Anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

Most of the playerbase face the same issue ngl, csgo was peak, this game is just now a cash grab, lets hope that devs change their ways and start working on this game like they should

Damn, maybe it's coz the servers are down?

lol managed to fix it, for some reason my mouse's polling rate had reseted to 125hz. Just put it back to 1000 and it fixed the choppiness.
